Overall Objective:
What is the concept of your reliquary? What formal qualities were your striving for? What were your plans for dealing with the surface in order to help convey your idea clearly? What kind of surface did you want?
Application:
How many layers? in what order? Spray, brush, or dip/pour? Wax or tape resist? Underglaze, overglaze, or underglaze pencil? Decals?
Results:
Did you get what you expected? Do the results suit your intentions for your reliquary? If so, in what way? If not, what would be an appropriate application for the results you did get?
Aspects of your research to discuss in your objectives and results:
Light quality: Matte, semi-matte, glossy
Viscosity: thick, thin, runny, etc. (How does viscosity effect your texture and where you would use it on your sculpture?)
Color: saturation, hue, value, contrast, complementary,
