Ah-hah! In the upper right corner of the blog page, I see my name, and then I see a command titled "New Post". So, I clicked "New Post", and this awesome screen opened up where I can type or cut & paste text, choose my font style and size, choose spacing, import pictures, and on and on - pretty much everything you can do with a Word doc. Nowwwww we're in business. UPPER RIGHT HAND CORNER; "NEW POST". Yeah. Now here's that picture from Day 1 of 1661, as promised...
P.S. Team 1661: In order to see that handy "New Post" button next to my email address at the top of the page, I had to click on the active link in the email Brooke resent earlier today, which said, "You have been invited to contribute to this blog...". I clicked the link and followed the instructions, which involved simply signing into any preexisting Google, Yahoo, Twitter, etc., account you already have, then selecting a little profile info for your "blog persona", et voila, I've got access to post. Trust me: if I can do this, you can, too. You students have light years of superior tech-savvy than me, purely because of when you were born. Look forward to seeing your posts soon!
